Drinking Skeptically is an informal social event designed to promote fellowship and networking among skeptics, critical thinkers, and other like-minded individuals. It provides an opportunity for skeptics to talk, share ideas (and yes, drink) in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. But most of all, we have fun while promoting skepticism, science, and rationality.

We start each event with a kick-off topic to get the conversation rolling, and then discuss whatever else is on our minds.

March: This topic was probably as inevitable as it is sad that it was inevitable. We know (and have the mountains of scientific studies to prove) that vaccines are both effective and safe for the strong majority of the population. So why are measles having a comeback tour? We don’t need to talk about the science we need to talk about the rhetoric and their “arguments.” Join us, for the anti-vax argument meeting.

Rohall’s Corner serves drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) but does not offer food. If you would like to bring food in Rohall’s has told us they would be okay with that.
